We charge for professional services, not for licenses. Each tier has a one-time setup figure that covers assessment, design and configuration, and a monthly retainer that covers management, session oversight, monitoring and reporting. Prices are indicative for a mid-sized organization in the United States and are confirmed in a statement of work after a short scoping conversation.

Every tier includes the seven work streams described in our service catalogue. What changes between tiers is the size of the estate, the depth of session oversight, the response windows and the frequency of governance reviews.

All figures are in US dollars, exclude applicable taxes, and are confirmed in a signed statement of work. Payment terms are net 30. This website distributes no product, package or file, and no part of this price list grants a right to acquire or execute anything on a visitor’s device.
We do not bill for licences, because we sell none, and we do not mark up anything you already own. What you pay for is senior time: assessment, design, configuration, oversight, reporting and the training that makes the model last. Where an engagement uncovers work that belongs in a later phase, we say so rather than stretching the current scope to fill a budget. If the published bands do not fit your estate, describe it to us and we will propose a scope that does, with the assumptions written down so the comparison is honest.
Two things are never extra: the close-out pack and the handover training, which are included in every tier because a model your team cannot run is not finished work. Our aim is that the retainer becomes optional over time as your people take ownership of the routine.
