About our services

REF ACC-FAQ-1300SECTION ServicesUPDATED 2026

Do you provide a product or a service?

We provide services only. Accestura LLC designs, configures, manages and monitors secure remote access inside your environment. We do not sell licenses, we do not distribute any product, package or file, and nothing from this website runs on a visitor’s device.

Which platforms do you work with?

We are vendor-neutral and work with the platforms you already run, from directory and identity services to access brokering, zoning and the monitoring you have in place. We do not take referral fees and we do not push a particular stack.

Do you serve organizations outside the United States?

Our practice is built around United States engagements, and we support clients with European and United Kingdom operations where the agreed scope covers it. Where personal data of European or United Kingdom individuals is involved, we work under a data processing agreement with appropriate safeguards.

Timelines and prerequisites

REF ACC-FAQ-1320SECTION DeliveryUNIT Weeks

How long does an engagement take?

A focused assessment typically runs two to four weeks. A full design and configuration programme runs six to fourteen weeks depending on the number of sites, the state of existing documentation and the number of user populations to move.

What do you need from us to start?

A named business owner, a technical counterpart, read-and-configure access to the relevant environments under our change control, and a short conversation about your constraints. We ask for a signed master services agreement and statement of work before any production change.

Will you disrupt our operations?

Change is planned in waves with tested rollback positions, rehearsed in a non-production replica where possible, and supported with elevated cover after each wave. Where a change risks interrupting critical work, we arrange a maintenance window and a fallback path.

Security, data and governance

REF ACC-FAQ-1340SECTION GovernanceREVIEW Quarterly

Who owns the configurations you build?

You do. Everything we configure lives in your tenant and your accounts, under your change control, and we hand over runbooks so your team can operate the model without us.

How do you handle our data?

We act as a processor for personal data we handle on your behalf and as controller only for our own business records. Our privacy policy sets out categories, retention, security and your rights.

Can you satisfy an auditor or examiner?

That is a core part of the work. Our deliverables are written to be handed to an auditor, examiner or board directly, and we can prepare a dedicated evidence pack on request.

Do you offer emergency support?

Higher retainer tiers include out-of-hours cover for urgent session approvals, and we can be reached through the practice office for incidents during business hours.

Still unsure? Send your question to [email protected] or use the contact form.

Clients also ask whether we replace their existing team. We do not. Our aim is to design, build and document a model your own people can run, then step back. Where you would rather keep us on watch, the retainer covers monitoring, session review and reporting, but ownership of the configuration and the knowledge stays with you.
