Accestura LLC does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context
behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we have no plan to begin. We do
not use advertising cookies on this site, and we do not run tracking technologies that follow visitors between
websites.
Because we do not engage in selling or sharing as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy
Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, there is no data flow for you to switch off. We publish this
notice anyway, because the right to opt out belongs to you and we want the route to exercise it to be obvious.
2. How to submit an opt-out request

Please include enough detail for us to identify you and the information concerned. We will confirm receipt and
respond within 45 days, extendable by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, and we will tell you if an
extension applies.
3. Authorized agents and verification

permission signed by you, and we may contact you directly to confirm that you authorized the request. We verify
requests using information you provide, compared against our own records, and we ask only for what is needed to

file, and nothing on this site is offered for acquisition or execution on a visitor’s device. Georgia

It is worth saying what a sale of personal information usually looks like, so you can judge our statement
against something concrete. In practice it means exchanging personal information with another business for money
or other valuable consideration, while sharing means making it available for cross-context behavioural
advertising. We do neither. The information we hold is limited to what clients and enquirers send us and what our
own server records for security, and it stays with us and our service providers under contract, used only to
perform the services we were asked for.
