What happens next
REF ACC-CON-1540STEPS ThreeNO OBLIGATION Introductory
First, a named lead reads your note and replies within one business day, usually with two or three questions
to make the next conversation useful. Second, we hold a short call to understand the estate and the pressure
behind the request. Third, if it looks like a fit, we send a scope note describing what we would do, how long it
would take and what it would cost, with no obligation to proceed.
Enquiries about privacy, legal matters and accessibility are routed to the mailbox named above and answered by
the person responsible for that area rather than by a general queue.
We are also happy to be a sounding board before you have a project. If you are weighing two approaches, drafting
an internal policy, or preparing for an audit that has already named remote access as a finding, write to us with
the shape of the problem and we will tell you how we would approach it. There is no charge for that first
conversation, and no obligation to take it further.
If your enquiry concerns an active incident rather than a new engagement, please say so in the first line of
your email, and include the systems affected and when the issue began. We triage incident traffic ahead of
general enquiries during business hours, and clients on a support retainer have a direct route to their named
lead. Please do not send passwords, keys or other secrets by email; we will agree a safer way to share anything
sensitive once we are in contact. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Eastern Time, excluding
public holidays in Georgia.
Finally, if you are not sure whom to ask for, write to [email protected] with a sentence about your
situation. We will route it internally to the right person rather than making you guess, and we will reply with a
name so you know who owns the thread from then on.
